PT Manage™ FAQs

Q. Can I get my final report in an Excel spreadsheet?
A. Yes. Select the study you want a final report for in "View your closed studies" section. Your PT results will be displayed on the screen as a web page. Use the button on the bottom of the page to download a csv file of the results displayed. Open the csv file in Excel.

Q. Where do I go to see who can see my lab's data and whose data I am allowed to see?
A. Links at the top of the account information page take you to a page that allows you to manage who can see your data and whose data you are allowed to see.

Q. What is a corporate account?
A. A corporate account gives someone the ability to see a lab's data without the ability to enter data for an active PT study.

Q. If I have an account to enter PT data, do I have to have a corporate account to view another lab's PT data?
A. No. Ask the laboratory to allow you to see their PT data.

Q. How can I review another laboratories PT data?
A. Create a corporate account and send the laboratory a request to be able to view their PT data. Once the laboratory confirms the request, the laboratory and the studies they participated in will appear for review.

Q. How do I create a corporate account?
A. Go to the PT Manage™ log on screen by clicking on "ONLINE DATA ENTRY" on the left. Click on the "New Account" button on the right. Type"corp" in the box that appears at the bottom of the screen. Fill in your information on the next page and click "Submit".

Q. Can someone see my lab's PT data without me knowing?
A. No. No one can see your data without your permission

Q. How can I let someone see my lab's PT data?
A. You can confirm the request someone with a corporate account sends you, you can enter the necessary information to allow someone to see your data, or you can set up a PT Manage™ Oversight arrangement.

Q. Can I use my corporate account to review data that is being entered for a study that has not closed?
A. No. Data can only be reviewed by another account once the final reports have been released.

Q. Can I enter data using my corporate account?
A. No. Only the laboratory account can enter data for a PT study.

Q. How do I enter data online?
A. Create an account by clicking the "New Account" button at the PT Manage™ log on screen. Enter your Wibby Account Number in the box that appears at the bottom of the screen. Your account number can be found on the first page of your data reporting sheets that came with your PT shipment.

Q. Why can't I see the study I entered data for after the closing date?
A. PT studies are only available for data entry between the opening and closing dates of the study.

Q. Why can't I see my results for a previous study that closed recently?
A. PT study results are only available for review as a past study once the final reports have been released.
